This unit has one of the most scenic views in Nanaimo. The mountain (Mt.Benson) and valley, we are situated on a cliff so the view is unobstructed. We are also southern exposure so it is the warmest spot in Nanaimo.

The Island has some the best motorcycle riding scenic roads to travel. We have one of the nicest waterfronts to walk.

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
