50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
