A beautifully renovated, oceanfront condominium set amid towering
fir trees provides tranquility and privacy. Located overlooking the
Strait of Georgia in the picturesque area of Yellow Point, British
Columbia. Just a 20 minute drive south of Nanaimo and only 90
minutes north of Victoria, you arrive in paradise. Nature at your
door with breathtaking ocean views.

The condo can be rented as a two bedroom two bathroom suite, a one
bedroom suite, or a hotel unit.

Amenities included a heated swimming pool, boat and fishing dock, tennis court and playground.

Cleaning Fee of $75.00 + GST added to stays 6 nights and under. Will be payable directly to the owner of the unit in addition to the Total.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only in the summer months (June - Sept).

    • Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The complex is oceanfront and the unit is minutes from the beach
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
