From the deck and the living room there is a spectacular view of Departure Bay to the south. Sailboats, eagles, deer, floatplanes, and ferries arriving and departing, are all there to view from your own comfortable deck. To the right is Woodstream Park (eco salmon habitat) and to the left is a park area frequented by the local deer.

There is a convenience store, ice cream stand, pizza parlour, East Indian restaurant, deli, tennis courts, ballhockey rink, basketball court, ball diamond,a salmon stream nature park, and a kid's waterpark, all within a 2 minute walk.

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. You will receive an 80% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 6.
• Check in after 7:00PM and check out before 2:00PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
