Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
