• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Shopping centre includes a video store, liquor store, modern grocery store and dollar store and is located in the nearby town of Cedar approximately 15 minutes away.
• Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The complex is oceanfront and the unit is minutes from the beach

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
