Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary specialty coffees, teas, hot chocolate, ice tea mixes. Full spice rack and condiments.

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Cot (sleeps 1). Cot is available with complete bedding upon request.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Guesthouse is located in the forest and overlooks evergreen trees with the Trans Canada Trail just at your doorstep! Myles Lake is located about a 1 walk minutes down the lane where you may have limited access to the owners private beach!
- Nanaimo Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. The Nanaimo Airport services several flights daily on Air Canada Jazz connecting you directly to Vancouver (YVR). Car rental pick-ups are available at our airport, and Guesthouse is a short drive away.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby.
- Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Mount Washington Alpine Resort is located in the Comox Valley - just 90 minutes from Guesthouse to Mount Washington! A fabulous winter and summer resort offering some of the largest snowfalls in Western Canada! Winter - try snowshoeing, tubing, cross-country skiing, and more! Summer - try alpine hiking, mountain-biking, scenic chair-lift rides, horseback riding, Festivals and more: http://www.mountwashington.ca.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques Our cancellation policy is a full refund (less $15), 14 days prior to arrival.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed. A fee of 10.00 per night will apply.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
