Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
ocean is a 1 minute walk from the property. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
The complex is on the ocean only a few steps to the water. A unique combination of winds (trade winds), tranquil waters, fine weather and beautiful scenery are making Cabarete world famous as an international windsurfing and kite boarding destination. International Championships for both activities have been held on the Beach. A surfing beach, "Encuentro", is a short drive away. It offers good early morning surf conditions. Equipment can be rented in some of the many schools in town or you can bring your own. If you have some experience, launch off right in front of the property.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.50 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques
Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).


Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
The security deposit is not required from repeat guests..

Policies

Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM
Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependant on outgoing/incoming guests.
Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Property is not suitable for party groups.
If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Babysitting can be arranged.
The pool can be accessed directly from the house without a door alarm.
There is no fence/gate around the pool.
There is no life guard on duty.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements.
Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
