*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $30 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
