The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
