Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 18 years old.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
