The true "view" of this charming cottage is that of an enormous ancient fig tree. If you are looking for a centrally located, snugly little getaway, you cannot find a more perfect spot. We have had many many happy guests in our little gem of a "dollhouse". Decorated to perfection, you will find yourself in the midst of a serene and yet invigorating environment. Twin ceiling fans, a library of over 30 videos, TiVo, and nearly every premium channel are just a few of the amenities I have provided... from safety pins to herbal teas, I believe we've hit the mark.

    The only real "view" is a cute garden with many fruit trees, a fountain and an enormous ancient fig tree. The deck creates a wonderful place to sit and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee and enjoy a good chat.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $20 may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
