It is nestled in 3.5 acres overlooking the village of Naramata with an amazing view of the whole southern end of Lake Okanagan. On the property there is an orchard of approximately thirty fruit trees (cherry, peach, plum, apple, nectarine and pear) and walnut and hazelnut trees. In the spring of 2008 a one-acre vineyard of pinot noir was planted. The neighbouring properties are a pear orchard, a vineyard and a cherry orchard.
