Naramata Vacation Home This house is approximately 2000 square feet. It contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, living room, sitting room and a wrap- around deck. It is nestled in 3.5 acres overlooking the village of Naramata with an amazing view of the whole southern end of Lake Okanagan. On the property there is an orchard of approximately thirty fruit trees (cherry, peach, plum, apple, nectarine and pear) and walnut and hazelnut trees. In the spring of 2008 a one-acre vineyard of pinot noir was planted. The neighbouring properties are a pear orchard, a vineyard and a cherry orchard. |

The house is situated on 3.5 acres, overlooking the village of Naramata and has a 180 degree view of Okanagan Lake and its valley, rolling orchards and vineyards. There are mountains across the lake and behind the property. There are over forty fruit trees including cherry, peach, plum, apple and pear as well as walnut and hazelnut trees and a vineyard of pinot noir grapes. The neighbours to this unit are a pear orchard to the North, a vineyard to the East and a cherry orchard below to the West.

There are two living rooms, one upstairs with a wet bar, where two of the bedrooms are located and one on the main floor where the third bedroom is located.

Distances
• The house is a 25 minute drive to Penticton Airport
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Penticton has a few golf courses just a short drive away. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The small community of Naramata is very close and has some dining and shopping. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. A 3 minute drive or pleasant 10 minute walk through vineyards to Lake Okanagan. The beach is a very short (approximately 4 minute) drive from the house.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply. A fee of $50.00 per dog per week will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
