Beautiful three bedroom plus beachfront loft vacation home on 180 feet of sandy beach in a secluded cove on Okanagan Lake. Master bedroom has soaker tub and a great private lake and mountain view. Extensive lake views from floor to ceiling windows of Penticton to the south and Peachland to the north.

More Information

Situated in rural area with nearby access to Okanagan Mountain Park, hiking, biking, 4 wheel drive and ATV access to many back roads inc. the old Kettle Valley Railway. The drive from Penticton to the home takes 30 minutes along a meandering 2 lane road through orchards, road-side fruit stands and private wineries/vineyards with tours, tasting and dining facilities. On the way you will pass the quaint village of Naramata.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
