1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). In the living room there is a futon couch that turns down into a double bed

Spectacular view. Panoramic. The house is at 3,000 feet. It is nestled in the mountains and the view is all of the west side of Okanagan Lake.

There is a coral and space for anyone wishing to bring their own horses. This is a perfect vacation spot for anyone wishing back country riding.

Distances

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Penticton Airport to the house is exactly half an hour.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Naramata Bus runs twice a day between the village and Penticton. As this home is in the forest and is another 10 minute drive north of Naramata, it is necessary to have your own transportation.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive is half hour to the town of Penticton then just under a half hour to Apex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). In the quaint village of Naramata you will find the village store, restaurants and a pub. There is no gas station though. Penticton and all major shopping is one half hour drive to town.
• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. The house is located on 10 acres up 3,000 feet. There is a spectacular view of the mountains.
• Nearby Attractions: Right across the driveway is the entrance to the famous Kettle Valley Railway bed. The KVR is truly the sport lovers paradise. In winter it is ideal for cross country skiing and skido-ing. In summer, spring and fall it is enjoyed by bikers, horseback riding, jogging and families out for a walk. This unique attraction is located 3,000 feet above Okanagan Lake and curls around the outside of the mountains between Penticton and Kelowna. It is safe, maintained and flat making easy access while enjoying the spectacular views!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
50% of the rent is required within 7 days of completion of match.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
