BBQ , lots of parking. close to all amenities most in walking distance. Heritage hotel , cobblestone wine bar and Heirloom spa,pub and restaurants and general store. All wineries are a short drive away. Several small beaches just a short walk away and 10 walk to main beach. 1 and a half hours from Apex mountain Penticton. Great mountain biking , quading and dirt biking and hiking.lot of amazing running and walking routes. |

There is a cat named Shia, she will not be in the house where you will be staying but in case you are allergic, I want guests to know before hand as I do accept pets on certain conditions.

• Transit: can be reached by driving for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Check out the Heritage hotel, it has a gorgeous rustic dining room, patio and wine bar. Campcreek station pub had great food and deck, welcoming atmosphere, sorry no minors. Rocky's pizza, China Beach Chinese, and trendy coffee shop with outdoor patios. All with in 10 minutes or less. Country store has all your basic needs if you forget something, plus a fairly good shopping selection though you would be better to grocery shop in Penticton for the big shop. Post office and liquor store, postcards and deli. shades of linen boutique, for women, and gifts. • Beach is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. There is room for 1 boats. Manitaou beach is a 10 minute walk away, great kids park, family beach and baseball field, horseshoes and picnic area. Main dock is in front of the house, great for swimming, the teenagers love it, great view. Main boat launch is Manitaou, daily fee to use is 5 dollars or 40 dollars for the year. There are 3 boat accesses near the house. Not the best to launch boat but could tie up if you had an anchor. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Sailboat. • Nearby Attractions: 10 minute walk to main beach and kids play park and baseball field. Big dock and other beaches 3 minutes. Penticton is 15 minutes or 40 minutes by boat.
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 0.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
