Outside the front door is the nicest fine sand beach on the Mediterranean coast of France. Unrestricted views of the blue sea. The child friendly beach in front of the house has lifeguards on duty (seasonally), with a gently sloping, rock-free bottom-contour with no sudden drop-offs, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your family. Property is fully equipped for comfortable year round living. The house is nicely furnished. In cooler seasons radiant floor heat through out.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Bank to bank transfer is preferred.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
