Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
The reservation is confirmed upon receiving payment of the 40% by postal order. This sum is not refunded, in any case. The total payment is to be completed on receiving the keys.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 7.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
