The rate rows show automatically a week going from Saturday to Friday, but it is to be considered the end of the period at 10,00 am on Saturdays.

The kitchen is very large. Besides what is essential there are also a sofa and two tables. The kitchen can contain up to 10 sitting people, but for lunch and dinner usually take place in the garden, where there are as shadowed tables for about 20 people.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The pink room is 15 sq meters in size and usually contains only a double bed, but one single bed can comfortably be added. there are also a wardrobe, side tables, an arm chair and one more small table, a dressing table, an oriental carpet and a mosquito net.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). The green room is 15 sq meters in size and contains a double bed and one single bed, but a different composition of the beds is possible. There are also a wardrobe, a chest of 4 drawers, side tables, an arm chair, an oriental carpet, a TV set and a mosquito nets.
3 Single Beds (sleeps 3). This bedroom is as large as the other ones. The 3 single beds can be arranged into 1 double bed plus 1 single bed.
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). The room contains 5 leather armchairs, a small book case with books for children too, in Italian and English, 2 small tables, a TV set, a piece containing various liqueurs, glasses, tea cups and tea pot, a pot for ice keeping.
The living room can become the fourth independent room for one or two more beds. The 2 high quality beds are contained in a beautiful and comfortable sofa just bought.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

There is a washing machine. The garden is completely furnished. Besides tables, chairs, a gazebo, sun deckchairs, there are also a king size table football and 2 showers, one of which is hot-cold.
• Brindisi Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Means of access: By plane, to Brindisi Airport. By car (you can hire one at the airport). To Gallipoli-Nardò we'll fetch you in Nardò at the first traffic lights you meet. By train, to Lecce: We can meet you at the railway station in Lecce. By car: by motorway to Lecce - then follow directions for Gallipoli - after about 19 km, take directions for Nardò. Meeting: First traffic lights.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. there are at least 2 golf courses within driving distance. Unfortunately only the farthest is now working, and is is about 30 km away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The first shops are 500 meter away, the best are at the sea resorts and in Nardò, 2,5 kms away.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The nearest shore is 1.5 km from the villa. It is possible to walk to the for average walkers. The coastline is varied, there are sandy shores a few kilometers away, with pebble and rocky shores. The water is shallow near the beaches, very deep along the rocky coast, ideal for scuba diving.
• Nearby Attractions: sports possibilities are around the villa at a medium distance of 2-3 kms.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

The reservation is confirmed upon receiving payment of the 40% by postal order. This sum is not refunded, in any case.
The total payment is to be completed on receiving the keys.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 7.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
