Guests may only arrive on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Special Conditions

No hooligans please. Caves Point is a very romatic and tranquil gated comunity and the apartments have direct beach access. Most people own their units and are middle aged with a few couples with young children. No guns, parties until late and shouting or screaming, please.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of US$ 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
