10% discount on bookings of 12 days or more. The rates for up to 6 persons apply for the main house only. If the guest cottage is required the rate will be as for 8 persons. Included: live-in housekeeper/cook 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, 7:30am-1pm Sat(flexible). Housekeeper will shop, prepare breakfasts and lunches, and usual services. Additional hours (dinners) can be arranged directly with housekeeper. Guests will be met upon arrival by the housekeeper and taken to the airport on departure.

There are incredible sea views from the Master Bedroom, the Master bedroom terrace, the VIP guest bedroom, the living room, the veranda, the kitchen, the breakfast room, the Master bedroom's jacuzzi/tub, and even from the loo. Called the "loo with the view" and of course from the infinity pool.
There is a washer and dryer operated by the resident housekeeper who will do the laundry and even the ironing.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
All payments by wire transfer to Owners account. Payment of a security deposit of $5,000 is required with payment of balance of rent at least 25 days before arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
