1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The master room is quite rustic. Made of cured wood, privacy and warmth is felt once entered. This room has a desk. This desk can be used for studies, writing, workload etc...The room also has an area where the linens and towels are stored. It is extremely spacious and airy with windows which are folded out to the veranda for cool breeze and air. Pictures on the wall enhances the room.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This room is also spacious. Beds are made of a local wood called Bamboo. An additional bed can be provided upon request. A table which has games for ones use is also provided.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Depending on where one is seated on the wrapped around verandah, there are different views. The view of the Green Island Bay is a breathtaking view especially at 6:20 pm when the sun sets. There is also the view of the mountains and a view of the Guango tree which is a beauty to behold.
• Sangsters International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. This airport is situated in Montego Bay.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are local supermarkets and restaurants where one can shop or dine. Those recommended would be highlighted once the guests arrive.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
