Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

One night bookings will have an additional $75 fee.
All dogs must be pre-approved by the owner.

June 26, 2010 - August 27, 2010 bookings are a minimum of 7 consecutive nights. All summer bookings are Saturday to Friday only.

August 28, 2010 - September 2, 2010 is a booking of 6 consecutive nights, Saturday-Thursday only.

Distances

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Downtown Nelson is a 10 minute drive from the house. There is also a neighbourhood general store and pub within walking distance.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There are two public boat launches and a public dock within 200 meters of rhe house. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: The house is situated on the north shore of Kootenay Lake, a 10-minute scenic drive from the historic town of Nelson, BC. Some of the local attractions include nature trails for mountain biking, hiking and cross country skiing, canoe and kayak rentals, a boat launch, a general store, a neighbourhood pub, a five-star restaurant, world class golfing in Nelson, Balfour and Kootenay Bay, Ainsworth Hotsprings, Kokanee Provincial Park, Kokanee Glacier, fishing, Kokanee Marina, neighourhood tennis and soccer, and world class skiing and snowboarding at nearby Whitewater Resort.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
Email Money Transfer is the preferred method.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
