Spacious garage (height 190 cm, inaccessible for minivans, trucks and tall cars which therefore must be parked 150 m from the house). 24 hours of domestic cleaning are included in the price. The gardener lives in a room inside the property, with separate and independent access.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
