Casa lies on the Sorrento peninsula between Nerano and Marina del Cantone, just 1,5 KM from the well-known beach. Nerano is a small village just a few kilometers from Massa Lubrense, in a tranquil and relaxing area.
Casa stands on a hillside covered in vegetation with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, and from its terraces you can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the coast below.
The villa is on two floors, adapting itself to the terracing of the garden and each level has completely independent access from the outside. The lower floor is closed and never occupied. The apartment is on the ground floor and it is part of a villa with an independent entrance. It is comfortably furnished and surrounded by a large private panoramic terrace with a view of the sea and furnished with a table for dining outside and a barbecue. At the side of the garden next to the private terrace is a delightful swimming-pool (7m x 4m), for the exclusive use of our guests.
