Very ample Villa with sea-view
This villa faces the enchanting bay of Nerano and is immersed between trees, terraces, lawns, climbing plants and tropical plants displaying many colours and perfumes. It has two covered terraces and two open ones, equipped with deckchairs, garden umbrellas, small tables and a gazebo. It is of a good size (sleeps 8+2) and is equipped with all comforts including central heating which makes it habitable even in winter. During the summer ceiling fans are in operation.

    Ceiling fans. The villa is approached by a private lane lined with climbing plants. The front door opens directly into a large lounge with fireplace, bed settee, satellite TV and stereo. Various French windows lead out onto three panoramic terraces. Boats can be hired from the beach for exploring the nearby marine reserve at Ieranto, the splendid Amalfi coast and Capri. Independant central heating during the winter Euro 100,00 per week (6 hours per day).
