    • Málaga Airport is just at 52 km, 45 minutes drive, as it is not necessary to cross the city but to bypass it. Málaga bus Station/Train Station is also at 52 km, 60 minutes drive, as it is necessary to cross Málaga City.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Baviera Golf : at a 15 minutes drive. Añoreta Golf : At a 25 minutes drive.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Sierra Nevada, in Granada city, at a 1 and a half hour drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is mini-market, bar, and restaurant in the complex. Apart from that there is hiper-market and others shops nearby.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Mediterranean Sea, at a just 1,5 km, 10 minutes drive. There are many beaches along Nerja coastline, at a 5 minutes to 20 minutes drive, being Playa Burriana the biggest one with ample side walk to promenade, many restaurants, shops, etc. It is vere interesting to sea Maro cliffs, just at a 10 minutes drive.

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival).

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
