Only a 10 minute drive from Nerja, the apartment has shaded and sun terraces and the gardens are enjoyed by both as is the swimming pool which also has a sun terrace enjoying fabulous views.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Skiing is available in the winter months at the Sieera Nevada which is approximately a 90 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are beach restaurants within a ten minute walk but shopping is a 10 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock. Less than a 10 minute walk to the water.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
