Sunny Beach lies on the Black Sea coast and is a popular resort just 20 minutes from Bourgas airport. The apartment is set back from the main strip, but is just a short walk from there and only 700 metres from the sea.The apartment is situated on the third floor and overlooks the swimming pool and also has a view to the hills. The complex has a bar and the pool has a safe children's area as well as the main area for adults. |

Payments and Policies• Burgas Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Transport can also be arranged from Varna, 90 minutes to the north.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Many varied restaurants are also available along the beach front, just ten minutes walk from the apartment. • Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. • Nearby Attractions: Sunny Beach has many restaurants, taverns with folklore shows, bars with floor shows, night clubs, casino, discos and cafes, providing culinary pleasures and a good mood. At the far end of Sunny Beach, just a short taxi ride away is the historic town of Nessebar. It has over 40 medieval churches. Some of the churches have stunningly beautiful facades and interiors and are among the best preserved ones in the Balkan Peninsula. There are plenty sports available: two aqua parks, surfing, water skis and parachutes, hang-gliding and banana boats, sailing, yachts, paddle boats, cutters, scooters, rowboats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, mini-golf, skittle alley, bowling and a riding ground. Children will love it - plenty of fun and games, children pools, slides, carting, Rolba water slide, inflatable trampoline, sport schools.
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
