The apartment is located on a wide canal, which has traffic of both recreational and professional boats. In the summer every night at 00.30 all bridges are opened for the sailboats that can't lower their masts. A truly pretty experience.
Just over the bridge you walk into the beautiful Vondelpark, max 2 minute walk.

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
