The kitchen is comfortably provided with all basics.
1 Single/Twin Futon Bed. The living room has a futon and a daybed.
1 Double Bed. Actually there are two large single beds side by side that form a firm, very confortable, large, queen-sized bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The apartment is located in the heart of the "borgo antico". On one side (to the south) it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the 800-slip port of Nettuno. On a clear day the island of Ponza is visible straight infront of the apartment. On one side (from the kitchen window) you have the old church front and Piazza Marconi. From this window you have a birds-eye view of all weddings and religious functions as well as normal Piazza going-ons.
It is a charming furnished apartment in the heart of the "borgo antico" overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Nettuno on one side and the main church front on Piazza Marconi on the other.
This apartment has central heat. The apartment is up two flights from the level of the piazza - easy steps but no elevator.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is located in the heart of "old" Nettuno.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is just below the apartment - literally a stone throw away (a 5-10 minute walk around the medievil "caspah"). The water is clear salt water. Beach equipment (umbrellas and lawn chairs) are available at the beach in summer months. Docking is available at the marina.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
