    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
