    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    $35.00 fee for any change of reservation. If maximum occupants is exceeded, guest may be liable to pay additional rent or may have to vacate the unit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
