Set in a peaceful hamlet in western Burgundy, near the Nivernais canal and the Park of Morvan, this lovely stone-built house has been renovated by the English owners. The interior is comfortable, and outside there is a terrace and large lawned garden with cherry tree. To the rear there is a second garden with views over the rolling countryside and fields with typical Charolaises' cows. The area offers a large choice of castles to visit and the beautiful abbey in Vézelay on its promontory is within easy reach. To the north are the vineyards of the Auxerre region. To the south is the unspoilt park of Morvan, ideal to ramble or cycle, or have a refreshing swim in the lakes of Vaux or Baye. Garage. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
