A washing machine is available for guests use in the lower ground utility room.
1 King Bed. A pretty antique dutch bed can also be placed in the spacious living area to accomodate a further adult or even two children sharing. Please enquire with owners.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The villa is situated at a slightly elevated position on a steep hillside and looks directly out to sea, across the 'Narrows' with a view of the Paddle on the south east peninsula of St Kitts. There is a wide front balcony from which to enjoy this view and Oualie Bay Beach, Hurricane Hill, Booby Island and the sunset.
The bedroom has french windows leading on to the left deck overlooking the garden. There are sunrise views over Round Hill.
The sea views can be enjoyed from two side decks, the front balcony, the pool, the half acre garden and the interior of the house.
This house is located in the Oualie Bay area, and provides very spacious accommodation; with an open plan living, dining and kitchen.
The furnished decks to either side of the house and the front balcony, are accessed by five pairs of french windows with adjustable timber louvres to the bases.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable upholstered suite, planters chair, coffee table, side table and lamps. The dining area has seating for four and an outsize colonial style dresser.
The balcony has a double glider. The left deck a double hammock and the right deck table and chairs for four. The lower pool deck has a 15ft x 15ft square pool which is 5ft deep. There are sunloungers for two, drinks trolley and a barbecue kettle built into the natural rock of the hillside behind the pool.
The house is set into a steep hillside garden, with the front being considerably elevated and is accessed by about a dozen steps.
• 7 or 8 minute drive to Newcastle Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The tiny Nevis Golf Club course is about five minutes drive away. The much larger championship course at the Four Seasons Hotel is about fifteen minutes drive. Prior booking is essential.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Oualie Bay Beach Club bar and restaurant are about three minutes walk from the garden gate. Newcastle Grocery Stores are about half an hour walk, or five minutes by car. Larger supermakets and other stores are in the capital, Charlestown, half an hours drive away. The local minibuses or taxis can be flagged down on the main island road outside the gate.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Oualie Bay Beach is directly opposite the house, but access is a three minute walk from the garden gate. Other beaches are either a longer walk or short drive. There is a small jetty with a few boats available for charter and water taxis for hire. A PADI dive shop,has snorkeling, windsurfing, sunfishsailing facilities for hire. Mountain bikes can also be hired from here.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

We can accept all major credit cards, but only in GBP sterling. We therefore convert at the relevant rate of exchange on the day of booking. We do not charge commission and there is no credit card fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
