    This Villa is perfectly located for Charlestown. For your convenience a mobile/cell phone is available. Local Transport passes the gate at regular intervals. Across the road from the villa is the convenience of a Bakery. The beautiful garden has fruit trees and guests can pick fresh fruit in Season. In the Apartment Adjacent to the Villa lives the caretaker, who is also a teacher, who will be only too happy to give you local information. Directly in front of the house you can see the Mountain. Named Nevis Peak which was named Nuestra Senora De'La Nievs by Christopher Columbus who thought it reminded him of home. which is 3'232 foot high. To the left of the house clearly visible during the day is the skyline of Sister Island St. Kitts which can be seen lit up at night.

    The owners endeavour to make your Nevis visit a delight. Our resident Caretaker/Gardner (A teacher)is on hand to help you. "We pride ourselves in taking care of your safety by having a Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detector installed and checked regularly. We provide towel sets, don't drag wet ones home! To ensure a warm Nevis welcome, you will be met on arrival to Nevis by our complimentary arrival and departure taxi service to you. By Abba your Taxi. Abba gives fantastic Island Tours, he will give you his rates on request. We can arrange a car rental on arrival. We care about comfort and enjoyment. To provide for any inconvenience in the unlikely event that there is a power outage on the property, there is a powerful back up generator. Help is on hand at the property. A mobile phone is provided for your use. Top up for the mobile phone is easily available, at the Bakery across the road from the house. We know that you will enjoy your vacation and you will "Love Nevis as much as we do"

A five minute drive into Charlestown, will give you more variety and selection. Or a 10 minute drive to Gingerland. The nearest hotels and restaurants for dining are only a 5 - 10 minute drive from the house. The longest drive to any hotel and restaurant on the island is only 30 minutes drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    Although quoted in GBP, payment will be accepted in equivelent US dollars.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 10 years old.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of To Be arranged with the maid in Person. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Security deposit refunded in person on Departure may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
