• Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The drive to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is only 90 minutes. Cape May Airport (WWD) is a local private operation and is only a 7 minute drive. There is train service to and from Philadelphia and Atlantic City, and NJ Transit bus service directly to Stone Harbor. Another very popular destination during the holiday season and winter months is Cape May. While this home is located in a quiet and desirable neighborhood in Stone Harbor's newer, upscale South End, the lively & popular Stone Harbor shopping district is only a 20 minute walk or a very short drive away. Catholic, Lutheran, & Episcopal churches are located in this business district. Stone Harbor Bird Sanctuary is a couple blocks to the north. The Wetlands Institute and celebrated Cape May County Zoo, great places to go on a cloudy day, are less than 10 minutes by car. Fun, family-friendly Wildwood Boardwalk with amusement rides and games is only a 10 minute drive across Hereford Inlet. World-renowned Cape May with elegant Victorian homes, first-rate dining spots, and a quaint shopping district is 15 minutes. Atlantic City and its super-hot nightlife and entertainment is 35 minutes. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Cancellation Procedure: After you notify of intent to cancel (for any reason), we will diligently attempt to re-rent. If successful, you will receive rebate (of funds paid to owner) equal to amount recovered less $100 handling fee. If not successful, you will not receive any rebate. Security deposit, due at same time as advance rent payment, is required to cover any costs such as damage, broken or missing items, cleaning or extermination services required, or unpaid toll charges. Costs will be first deducted from your security deposit & secondly (if required) charged to you. Security deposit refunds are mailed to you within 30 days of departure.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
