• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Mo's West Restaurant with famous Mo's Chowder less than 2 blocks away.
• Beach surface is fine sand. Beach access to two different beaches.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
