    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 100.00 may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
