Located just 30 minutes to Tampa or Clearwater, and only 10 minutes drive to Gulf at mouth of the River in Tarpon Springs. Anclote Island is a few miles offshore with a gorgeous tropical exterior. This beautiful 2 story house is nestled in large Cypress and Palm trees, and sits raised over the Anclote River giving the sense of living in a large modern tree house. It is located in a bird sanctuary and is very private and peaceful. The house has a full size modern kitchen, and a charcoal grill. There is an entertainment room with a Futon, a Ping-Pong table, which opens to a covered porch.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Security deposits are returnable within 14 days of check out. There is a $90 cleaning fee. Up to four people included in rental (primary must be 25 years of age to rent). This is a smoke free retreat. A pet deposit of $200 additional would be required for any pets.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
