    Weekly pool service is provided. The villa has a key lockbox for easy access upon guests arrival. Villa has two brand new refitted bathrooms.

    • Beach surface is fine sand. The Ocean is a 20 mins drive There is a local beach 5 minutes drive from the unit, but the best beach is in Tarpon Springs, about a 15 minute drive, rated one of the top ten beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach is a must.
    • Nearby Attractions: Buch Gardens is a 45 min drive. Orlando Theme parks are 90 a min drive(why not spend the night)
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    A min deposit of $100-$300 is required on all bookings. Balances due 30 days prior to arrival. We can make arrangements with renters to pay deposits and rental balances with checks or wire transfers to our Bank Account.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10.00 per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
