50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500 will apply. A fee of $25 per night will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 per day.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
