    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
