The quaint villa, on one level, has tiled floors throughout and opens up via French windows from both main bedrooms and living area onto a terrace, with attractive views of the grounds. Additionally there is an annexe only 15m away from the main villa offering privacy. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll into the local village, only 0.5 km away, to pick up your fresh croissants. Additionally for those wishing to explore this attractive area, it is only a 10km drive away from the coast and popular resorts such as Cannes and tourist towns like St Paul de Vence, Vence and St Jeannet are also nearby. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
