Superbly situated, this two bedroomed apartment lies in the centre of Nice, only 20 metres from the main shopping avenue of Jean Medecin and approximately 700 metres from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach overlooking Angels Bay. The apartment is located on the third floor (which can be accessed by a lift) of a bourgeoise building and has been tastefully decorated in a modern style with attractive features. The two double bedrooms are at the rear of the building whilst overlooking an interior courtyard. Ideally situated for excursions in and around Nice. Trips along the coast towards Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat and Monaco can be taken, and Antibes, Cannes and St Tropez provide excellent days to experience the variety of towns on the Riviera. DISTANCES: 700 metres to Promenade des Anglais (promenade, beach), 20km to Monaco and Monte Carlo, 20km to Cannes and Antibes (marineland, water park).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
