NEGRESCO - The most famous building in Nice

Although these studios are small they are in the most famous building in Nice. The beach is directly in front of the building. Two of the best restaurants in Nice are located in the same Negresco building and are highly recommended but expensive. Be sure to look at the grand hall situated in the front Hotel entrance of the Negresco where priceless art works are on permanent exhibit. High speed Broadband internet is included in the studio and over a 100 international channels can be viewed on the large LCD TV.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.

Payment method is flexable. The easiest payment method is via electronic transfer into a nominated account.

• No smoking is allowed.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
