Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
Payment method is flexable. The easiest payment method is via electronic transfer into a nominated account.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
