50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
