Private room decorated in an African theme 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautifully appointed Asian theme room with a view of the lake. 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). Fun kids room with two loft beds and two lower single beds. Sleeps 4. Ships ladder provides access to a fun loft/playroom above. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The house is on a private lakefront lot and is situated 30 meters from the water.

• Transit: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Greyhound Bus station located on the outskirts of Merritt has scheduled departures to Vancouver and other Canadian/US cities/towns.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Sun Peaks Ski Resort on the outskirts of Kamloops is a 90 minute drive. Big White and Silver Star on the outskirts of Kelowna are a 2 hour drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). The town of Merritt is a 25 minute drive and has numerous restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores including Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Coopers and Extra Foods.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. There are numerous public boat launching areas. Once launched there is plenty of space at the house for trailer parking.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of C$20/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
