Guests requiring only 1 bedroom can rent just one house/bedroom suites for a nightly rate of USD 50 or a weekly rate of USD 300. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons for 1 house/bedroom suites and USD 15 charge is applicable. Maid service available for laundry, etc. Traditional Thai styled houses are built on stilts and the houses/bedroom suites are located upstairs. Our houses are grouped in pairs. A party requiring 2 bedrooms can rent the whole compound (2 houses/bedroom suites). They will have the privacy of 2 houses/bedroom suites with a sun deck veranda upstairs. Downstairs is an open air area where our kitchen, living/dining area, toilet and shower are located (exclusive use by guest). The size of the downstairs area is approx. 300 sq. meters. Each house/bedroom suites is approx. 50 sq meters, not counting the en suite bathroom.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
